No7 Beautifully Matte Foundation

Despite the hundreds of foundations that I already own, I received a voucher for £3 at boots for any No7 product. So I thought id take the opportunity to buy another foundation. Coincidently, I had a friend visit me here at university, and whilst getting ready for a night out, she showed me her No7 foundation and couldn't recomend it more highly. It seemed like fate that I had a good friends advice and a voucher of the same product, so the heres the review for my latest addition to my make up bag.

One of the things that I love about it its the presentation. In many of my reviews, one of the main things  I talk about is presentation. The bottle has that frosty feel and its so simplistic. As you use it, you can see how much you have got left as the bottom part of the bottle rises, just like in a toothpaste bottle. The dispenser is simple and very non-messy.

You can actually get your face colour tested in store. I am Calico, one of the more pale shades. I find it very hard to find a foundation that is pale enough for me, this british weather means I rarely ever get a tan, unless its a fake one.

The foundation isn't too runny nor solid, and it really seems to blend in well. I recommend a good primer as your base. It looks very natural, it is one of the smoothest and sleek foundations that I now own. This is the matte version, however there is a non matte version too that is 50p more expensive. The good thing about this its that it does last a very long time throughout the day, so its very unlikely you will have to reapply. I am yet to think of any negatives, it is an overall winner for me.

Overall, I am pleased that I tempted myself to buy this. I brought this for £10.50 with my voucher but its normal retail price is £13.50. It is a tad on the expensive side, but if you want a good foundation that lasts a long time, then invest in this one.
